Joint Sealants
Caulking is a sealant to fill gaps around doors, windows, pipes, and control joints to prevent insects, bugs, critters, water and air from penetrating the building.

Waterproofing
Is the process of making a substrate waterproof or water-resistant so that it remains relatively unaffected by water especially where there is hydrostatic pressure (Below Grade). This helps prevent costly leaks that usually are not discovered until the substrate is damaged.

Expansion Control
Expansion Joint Assemblies are designed to safely absorb the temperature-induced expansion and contraction of construction materials at Interior/Exterior of Building & Parking Garage, Vertical & Horizontal.

Air Barriers
Air barriers control air leakage into and out of the building envelope and avoids moisture from getting in.

Water Repellents
Provides masonry protection that protects against moisture intrusion, freeze, thaw and chloride damage.

- Silane, Siloxane, Siliconate, Water-Based
Dampproofing
A coating, usually asphalt-based, that is either sprayed on or rolled applied to the outside of the CMU or concrete walls to avoid any moisture penetration into the building.
Traffic Coatings
Pedestrian and Vehicular coatings. Parking Garage, Decks, and Balconies. Will protect the concrete slab from the damaging effects of water, deicing salts, chemicals, gasoline, oils and anti-freeze.

Concrete Sealers
Protects the slab by sealing the pores of concrete below the surface to avoid water damage.

Thru Wall Flashing
Through-wall flashing is used to divert moisture, which has entered the wall cavity, before it can cause damage.

Metal Flashing
Galvanized, Aluminum and Stainless Steel metal flashing integral to the Building Envelope, such as door, window openings and thru wall flashings to divert water intrusion, excluding the ROOF.
